General Information
Default judgment hearings, final confirmation of sale hearings, and summary judgment hearings are held on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m., unless otherwise scheduled with leave of court.
All divorces and dissolutions will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays, unless otherwise scheduled with leave of court.
Types of Cases
The judge of the Common Pleas Court hears several types of cases, including civil cases involving monetary damages in excess of $15,000, and all felony criminal cases. In addition, the court employs a magistrate to hear all divorces, dissolutions, and domestic violence and stalking orders.
