The Board of Commissioners is seeking professional qualifications and a proposal for Housing Inspection/Housing Specialist Services and for Lead-based Paint Hazard Evaluation and Compliance services for its proposed PY 2025 CDBG/Home CHIP Program. The Board of Grand Lake St. Marys LFA will receive sealed bids for the construction of wetlands near the Grand lake St. Marys State Park entrance, St. Marys Township, Auglaize County. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on April 17, 2025 to the Office of the Commissioners. The bid notice can be obtained by clicking, LFA Wetland Project Bid.
